This policy applies to paid digital products sold through OperationsCareers.com, including AI toolkits, playbooks, prompts, templates and other downloadable resources.

Digital products

Our products are digital and may be delivered instantly by download, email or access link. Because digital products can be accessed, copied or downloaded immediately, refunds are not usually provided once access has been granted, unless required by law.

Cancellation rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK or EU, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period. However, when you expressly agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once access begins, you waive that cancellation right to the extent permitted by law.

Checkout wording

Before purchase, the checkout will include a required acknowledgement using wording similar to:

"I agree to the Terms & Conditions and understand that I will receive immediate access to a digital product and waive my 14-day cancellation rights once access begins."

Technical issues

If you cannot access a product due to a technical issue, contact us and we will help restore access or resend the download link.

Duplicate purchases

If you believe you purchased the same product more than once by mistake, contact us with your order details.
